from the Raise the River meet will be posted at some point this week. (I hate to think what impression I left on the lads!!) I hit it quite hard and my usual hatred for Mondays is magnified today, I feel like West Ham must most weekends during the season. Really shit!! ;o) . . . . . . What a fantastic bunch of lads though. In my defence as I said I'm out of practice and my body is reminding me of that at the moment, plus I didn't have much to eat all weekend!!! (I'm sure I can find further excuses for being such a lightweight when I can think clearly.)
The missus is determined I take her out for something to eat after work, as she has been missing me all weekend and I just want to go to bed when I get in!! She has no sympathy though.
