Following recently drowning in river upon river of bad beats, cold decks and just generally having a very negative mindset of our favorite pastime.

I feel yesterday, I emerged from my funk in a very positive mindset, strangely following reading my Tarot quote of the day on Facebook (I never look at this shit usually, but it was by my fantasy footy team an it caught my eye LMAO!!) It was very encouraging, saying I was in good place and should be doing my utmost to do things that provide me with most money making opportunities. It just so happened I was off for the day so after an Amatay style lie in I arose for some BRUnch and proceeded to tackle the tarbs whilst watching Season 6 of Smallville on B.T. Vision (Great for in demand T.V. Awful for films or sport! I'll be back to Sky once my contract expires). I have flushed my system of playing games I'm underolled for and set about some low stakes patient cash and a few low stakes STT's to warm up, within two hours on Full Tilt and Will Hills I was £120 to the good! This was playing patiently and without my recent feeling of irritation and over eagerness. I finished the sesh in the afternoon with back to back 1st places in two 9 seat STT's a $5 on Full Tilt and $10 on Will Hills, leaving me up overall £320 for the day so happy days.

I logged off and did a bit of house work (Gay), knowing it would get Premenstral in a good mood when she got in from work! I actually enjoyed this, washing up naked with the kitchen blinds open is very liberating!! Why was I naked!!? Well you got to take advantage with the missus out and the tinternet at your disposal!!

Following a well done for doing the housework on your day off shag, I had a bit of shitty oven fodder for my tea and logged onto Facebook and Stars to make sure everything was going sorted for the week 2 league game that evening.

(Bum licking alert) As you know I'm still unable to sort private games out and again (Pictured here with his flat mate, you decided which is which) AMATAY "has the power" . . . After a slight time mix up he sorted it for me again, WET time is the way forward SJ, and also did a three way transfer for me online at the last minute, when Stars decided to not let me transfer funds for some fucking reason to a lad who mainly plays on Full Tilt and wants to play in the league. So thanks fella.

After last weeks debacle I went and played in the bedroom and she was told to stay in the lounge and watch her soaps so I could concentrate. It did the trick and I managed 3rd/10 to get me some points on the board. Another good laugh although bits of the banter started to get personal, T who won last week was on the recieving end of me trying to tilt him throughout, he ran like God again from the start opening a massive 4.5k chip lead nearest to him on 2.5k!! Luckily his luck and play ran out and he crashed fourth leaving me to battle it out with two of my mates who share a flat. I was literally being bombarded out of hands, raised and reraised before I could get involved, then once I folded min bet folding on the flops etc or plain limp checking down. Whenever in my blind It was raised by one or the other to the point I eventually shoved 44 out of sheer frustartiong ran into 77 gg me, apparently my other mate folded 1010! Hmmmmm anyway this morning I've had three of the lads on the dog complaining (As per) of collusion wanting me to get HH and shit. I can't really be arsed to be honest and don't think this one games a good sample size to start accusing. Although it did look a bit iffy at times espesh four handed, uber aggressive unless against each other!! Fuck knows but I don't see the real benefit of doing that for the sake of a 10 man league over 15 weeks it will get spotted and isn't really worth there while.

On a seperate note my brother and I were accused "jokingly" of collusion during the game (If you knew our relationship you'd know this would never happen lol) I basically stated I folded QQ on a 7JK all diamond flop with Qd . . . See what you think, I know how my bro plays he blasts with very weak hands, limp calls average hands as standard . . . I have QQ in CO, folds to bro to my imediate right who limps for 30 (15/30 blinds) he has around 1100 me around1650 I reraise to 150 expecting a call tbh. It folds back to him who reraises to 270!!! Alarm bells!! So out of character, I'm instantly putting him on a monster 9/10 times. I call, flop as previously described, he then thinks, thinks, then shoves. I tank but already know I'm folding, the whole scenario stinks to me. I fold he says AA with Ad and I do believe him although AdK or even KK was in my mind here. Two things for me if I lose I'm crippled early and will struggle to get back on terms and I can't stand him getting the better of me so I fold. Then comes the comments. The fact I went on to knock him out when we go aggro in the blinds, him min raising at 50/100, I flat with Qh10c flop 8910 all hearts, he bets I shove he tank calls with KhQd, he bricks and it puts pay to the earlier opinions (Jh would have been nice there though ;o). So all in all it seems to have started off quite well with a few showing interest for next season already.

Fed up at work today . . . Plus point, mates 30th in Notts this Fri/Sat, GET IN!! Seven of us going Fri meeting a few of his old Uni mates for the Fri then a load of the boys heading over Sat (Including my bro and a few other of the fish) for the Forest v Blackpool game Sat and staying so should be 25 or so heading out Sat night!! Accomodation sorted by me again for London Rd Prem Inn carnage to ensue. A trip to DtD's on the cards Sat afty for those of us not going the game. (Note to self avoid Hardcore raves with a £12 entry and only cooler boxes of Strongbow for refreshment!!)
