Apart from being my usual lazy assed self, I have had a poor few months on the computer front, tha lap top went to lappie heaven (Not my local strip club!) and somehow I have been blocked getting on to blog at work sigh, it just wouldn't sign in, something to do with cookies?? Although I'm up and running at home now, I always find other things to do than blog @ home . . . Red Tube, T.V, trying on the missus' underwear, you know just normal stuff. (Joking obv!!! I really don't watch that much T.V.) . . . Plus I wouldn't want the missus noseying in on ye old blog, this way serious strife lies.
So after a chat with my old work I.T. pal, he suggested a little something and tried it this morning and bing-feckin-go . . . Back in business. I can imagine the fist pump chair spins across the country . . . nay the world, as this is read . . . .
Anyways, I will endevour to recap on a topsy turvey couple of months, in the next few posts.
My last post in regard the Team Event. First of all it was an honour to pull on the Raise the River polo and thanks to Mik for organising it all, especially the fantastic team pic to WP Captain! It was great meeting up with the guys for the weekend. I think as a team we performed exceptionally well, I certainly didn't see many other teams drinking as much (AWOP aside, well No Cash and also Mr Devlin I still owe you a pint, nice to meet you) so wp guys, plaudits to Snake who with a 5 bet pre with 54s I think (or a similar strong holding) got someone to lay Queens, who said poker and alcohol don't mix. As for the poker as a whole, we had two or three solid results and some serious run bad on day one, how I didn't stack someone when I flopped quad 8's and he'd flopped 10's full I'll never know, he said when a king hit the turn he was worried I had pocket kings! Yeah whatevs nit heaven, it was early on and Mair aside no one seemed to have much in the way of balls and it was really softly softly stuff until the blinds/antes started to bite, well certainly on my table. I actually was pretty much a no show on day two, a mysterious ahem bug struck me down and I was left recovering in the hotel once I had found it on the Sunday morning!! . . . Suffice to say on the Saturday night, my first spin on roulette in years saw my birthday hit when I had it nicely surrounded, I beat a hasty retreat to the cashier shortly after, shoes were lost, shots were flipped for and Brazillian milfs were unsuccessfully chatted up. (Put that down to her poor English eh Dave?) It was a cracking day/night/blur, I'd say weekend, but I've had to rely on other Blogs to fill the gaps in!! WP Krons who showed his APAT pedigree yet again, following his 2nd place in Bolton last year, with a solid highest finish for us.
Ends.

Haha welcome back from the dead....and Amen to that(you know what I mean lol)!!
I found a picture on my phone of me and you stood with the Brazilian MILF. I swiftly deleted it. She didn't look too impressed at all :-)
Welcome back fish!!
Cheers guys.
@ No Shoes, yeah probs because when her daughter appeared we decided to crack onto her and virtually ignored her mum, although the mumwas hotter if I rem rightly!!! lol. Obv the fact we were pro players over from Vegas for a prestigious Poker Team event doesn't impress everyone sigh!
